We have Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera engines and conversion components to install
into earlier 911 cars in excellent used condition. This engines are removed from
low mileage, well maintained Carreras with no damage to the engine or
accessories. We test drive them and they usually runs superb with excellent
power, no leaks and no smoke. Fitment is any 911 1972-83 for this particular
kit. This installation kit will also fit 1965-71 cars but a Type 915
transmission must be installed. The kit includes a 3.2 litre Carrera engine with
approximately various miles, the DME brain, DME wiring harness, DME relay and
barometric sensor, tachometer, fuel pump, fuel filter assy, and the fuel lines
from the fuel tank thru the tunnel all the way to the engine bay. These are all
the components to properly install the motor into earlier cars as Porsche would
install it with all the factory correct hardware. The only fabrication necessary
to perform the installation is to hole saw a silver dollar size hole to push the
wiring harness thru the firewall (grommet is on the harness), and to make two
"L" shaped brackets to hold the brain up off the floor so it could not
have an opportunity to get wet. We have checked this engine for broken head
studs and performed a leak down percentile check to check compression and all
cylinders are less than 5% leak down. This is a great update for 911's with
smooth power delivery from the Motronic engine management system, higher
horsepower and torque. The engines are sometimes still in the car. We
completely crate the engine to protect it in shipment via a cargo carrier.

Porsche 911SC 3.0 engine with the parts to convert to earlier 911 cars as
removed from a 1983 911SC with damage to the front of the car. This motor has
been run and tested with a very strong sense of confidence about it. Mileage on
the odometer is approximately _ miles but we cannot confirm this as actual
mileage. Based on the overall condition of the car and the way it runs we are
convinced of its pedigree. We have performed a leak down check with positive
results and examined the motor for broken case studs. The motor does not smoke
and has no noises that not peculiar to 911 engines. Great retrofit for 1974-77
911 cars with the 2.7 engines that all had the weak engine case due to high
magnesium content in the block alloy. We are providing the complete retrofit for
1972-77 911 cars with the following items included: Complete engine with all
induction, exhaust, clutch, fuel pump, fuel lines to the tunnel (only one
pictured) with fuel accumulator and fuel filter, SC tachometer, 6 prong C.D.
Ignition box and harness, Lambda brain and harness (not pictured) and oil lines necessary
for your retrofit according to which car you have. 1965-71 911 cars need to
purchase the later oil sump tank with larger oil line holes to accommodate this
engine () 1965 through 1969 cars need to switch to a 915 type transmission
to accommodate this engine (about with shifter & clutch cable). The
engine is still in the car so the photos of the separate engine are purely to
